These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pkoko and all services available on pkoko.xyz. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a pkoko account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pkoko, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one pkoko account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering on pkoko, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkoko login credentials. pkoko will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. pkoko may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

pkoko accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your pkoko wallet in BDT. pkoko does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your pkoko wallet within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact pkoko support with your transaction reference number.

  • Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
  • Maximum deposit amount: Subject to your account tier and payment method limits
  • Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
  • Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned

pkoko reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pkoko are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. pkoko processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts on the same day, with funds typically arriving within a few hours depending on your payment provider.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
  • Maximum withdrawal amount per day: Subject to your account tier
  • Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC complete)
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your last deposit
  • Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances

pkoko reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part. If additional documents are requested, the withdrawal will be held until the documents are reviewed and approved.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours of being marked as processed by pkoko, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number and we will investigate immediately.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all pkoko promotions unless otherwise stated:

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkoko are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. General betting rules that apply across the pkoko platform include:

  • Bets can only be placed using available funds in your pkoko wallet.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game.
  • pkoko reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
  • Bets placed using exploits, bugs, or technical errors in the platform will be voided.
  • pkoko reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at any time without prior notice.

For crash games such as Slide, the cash-out must be triggered before the crash occurs. If a player's connection drops before they cash out, the auto cash-out feature (if set) will execute. pkoko is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pkoko use either certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software from audited providers, or provably fair algorithms for crash-style games. The house edge for each game is fixed and disclosed within the game interface.

pkoko does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by the underlying algorithm before any player action is taken, and cannot be altered after a bet is placed. For provably fair games, players can independently verify the fairness of any result using the seed values provided.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, pkoko will investigate and resolve the issue according to the following policy:

  • If a malfunction causes a game to end prematurely, bets will be returned to the player's wallet.
  • If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout being displayed, the correct payout based on the actual game result will be applied.
  • pkoko's decision on technical malfunction resolutions is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkoko and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.

pkoko actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Accounts found to be in violation of these rules will be suspended without prior notice, and any funds associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

pkoko reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, pkoko will notify you by email and provide a reason where it is safe and appropriate to do so. You may appeal a suspension by contacting pkoko support at [email protected]. pkoko will review all appeals and respond within 5 business days.

Players may also request to close their own pkoko account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

Accounts that have been self-excluded under pkoko's responsible gaming policy cannot be reopened during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason for the request.
